🍗 CHICKEN DINNER: A Tradition of Flavor
Our beloved chicken dinner is prepared with farm-fresh ingredients and secret family recipes passed down through generations. Every plate is served with love and features:
Tender chicken baked with butter, lemon juice, and paprika, served with homemade mashed potatoes made with real butter and whole milk, rich gravy from chicken drippings, and savory dressing with turkey sausage, seasoned bread cubes, celery, and onions. Enjoy fresh coleslaw, green beans, corn, a dinner roll with butter, and cranberry sauce. Top it all off with your choice of homemade desserts—pies are a specialty! Beverages include coffee, milk, or water, with beer and wine available (for purchase) courtesy of the Knights of Columbus.
